MOUTARD SOMMELIER....
Little irony here... The mustard seeds for Maille mustard come from Canada (don't tell the French that) and their product is easily available in Canada but I had arranged to meet with their sommelier and have a private tasting and learn about their mustards. I was thrilled with the rare opportunity and came away of course with some newly discovered releases!

Some people buy fashion...I buy mustard! Travel directly to food heaven with Pistache et Orange and Chablis et Morilles!
